Health Care Group was formed in 1981 to manage and direct the operations of its various retirement communities, Alzheimer’s care and skilled nursing facilities. A San Diego based corporation, Health Care Group currently manages 9 senior housing and care facilities, which offers more than 1,700 accommodations, and employ more than 1,200 people.

Our communities offer services to meet a family’s changing needs by not only caring for their loved one, but by offering experience and counsel throughout the decision-making process. The mission of Health Care Group is to provide seniors with choices in senior housing and health care.
